Privacy Notice
Last updated July 26, 2026. This notice describes how TakeQueue processes personal information globally.
Information we process
We process account and workspace details, customer-submitted queue data, recordings, billing identifiers, support messages, device and security logs, and viewer engagement data when a viewer consents.
Purposes and legal bases
We use information to provide and secure the service, perform our contract, comply with law, support customers, and pursue legitimate interests such as fraud prevention. Consent is used for optional viewer analytics where required.
Public videos and viewer choice
Anyone with a published link can play a video. Session identifiers, engagement events, and a one-way network hash are created only after the viewer opts in. Workspace admins can disable viewer analytics entirely.
International processing
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. We use appropriate contractual and organizational safeguards where required.
Retention
Sessions, tokens, and invitations expire automatically. Viewer network hashes are removed after 30 days; viewer analytics after 13 months; billing and audit records are retained for 24 months unless law requires longer.
