Cancellation and Refund Policy

Workspace owners may schedule subscription cancellation. Paid access normally continues through the current billing period, then the workspace downgrades to Free.
Plan changes
Upgrades and add-ons may be prorated by Stripe. Reductions apply according to the checkout or portal confirmation shown before the change.
Refunds
Charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where TakeQueue confirms a billing error. Contact support@takequeue.com promptly with the workspace and invoice details.
Taxes
Tax refunds and credit notes follow applicable law and Stripe invoice records.
These materials are product-ready drafts and must be approved by qualified legal counsel before launch.
