You must be legally able to enter an agreement and authorized to act for your workspace. Keep credentials secure and provide accurate account and billing information.
Service and customer content
TakeQueue provides queue intake, browser recording, hosted video sharing, and optional analytics. You retain ownership of customer content and grant us the limited rights needed to operate, secure, and support the service.
Subscriptions, tax, and renewal
Paid plans are billed monthly in USD and renew until canceled. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Stripe Tax calculates tax based on supplied billing details; customers remain responsible for charges and lawful use.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and have a lawful basis for personal data and recordings you submit.
Public links
Published links can be forwarded and viewed without login. You are responsible for deciding what to publish and revoking links that should no longer be available.
Availability and liability
The service may change or experience interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed and aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to a claim. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.
